Serving Norwalk, La Mirada, Hawaiian Garden, Cerritos, Lakewood, & Artesia. Funded by Early Head Start, the teacher visits the home once a week for a one-and-a-half-hour visit. There are also two monthly socializations. This program runs for 12 months, July to June. Age: pregnant women, birth to three years old
Funded by Early Head Start, the classrooms have eight toddlers and two teachers. This is a seven-hour five minutes a day program that runs from August to June. Age: 18 months to 3 years old. Center is located in Norwalk, CA.
Funded by Head Start and/or California State Preschool, this is a six and a half-hour day program for 10 months, August to May. Age: 3 & 4 years old. Centers are located at multiple sites in Norwalk, La Mirada & Downey.

The Early Learning Program promotes school readiness for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
All programs are available at no cost to pregnant women, children ages birth to five from families with low income. Families and children experiencing homelessness, and children in the foster care system are also eligible. Additionally, services are available to children with disabilities and other special needs.
We have been providing early childhood services since 1966. All staff members are highly qualified. All program options are licensed under California Community Care Licensing as applicable.
Programs are administered under Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District and Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE)
